We want to meet you!

Join us on this glorious adventure to learn about, and build relationships with the local flora of the Mountain West in stunning Breckinridge, CO, where there is a variety of native and non native healing plants to learn.

Come discuss with other practioners all over the Mountain West about the ecological changes you are seeing in your neck of the woods. Let's discuss climate change and its effect on our local plants, animals, and people. Let's compare notes on bark beetles and the changes we are seeing in our forests across the west.

We can build a community of responsible, ethical, eco-intuitive practitioners to be stewards of this land we all love.

Some classes we will have (more to come as teacher applications come in and are approved):
  • Herb walks and local plant identification, with a focus on medicinal plants found in the Rocky Mountains, and discussions on ethical harvesting and endangered plant species we can be stewards of.
  • A community discussion about what we are seeing in our local Mountain Region
  • A holistic approach to chronic pain management
  • Mold Illness - what is it and how is it diagnosed and treated?
  • Lyme disease - what the doctors don't tell you.
  • Running a business for herbalists: How to start and maintain a website, keep the books, manage stock and keep records without making you want to tear your hair out (and herbal allies to help along the way)
  • And much much more!

“Climb the mountains and get their good tidings. Nature's peace will flow into you as sunshine flows into trees. The winds will blow their own freshness into you, and the storms their energy, while cares will drop away from you like the leaves of Autumn.”
― John Muir
