

Food Options
One of the big considerations we were makign when setting up this conference was chosing a location that could provide delicious, high quality food that can also meet a group of herbalists custom diet needs. There is nothing worse than going to a conference and living off of meal replacement bars and coffee because you can't eat the food provided. We are working closely with Beaver Run Resort to provide an optional meal plan for attendees that meet a few specific requirements. Each meal should have gluten free and vegan options, and will be a buffet so people can pick and chose their meals.
Meal Plan Buy In
Beaver Run Resort has put together an herbalist and allergy friendly meal plan with whole food, gluten free, and vegitarian options for our attendees to enjoy. The meal plan covers Lunch and dinner on Friday and Saturday, and lunch on Sunday. Because of our trying to keep food as affordable as possible, we did not include breakfast in this selection.

Comprehensive Weekend Long Meal Plan:
This includes every meal listed here for one person. This is all inclusinve and will come with a weekend long meal plan punch card. Cost: $180 (MWHG is paying for the gratuity and resort fee, but if you want to leave an extra tip to help with the additional cost, it would be appreciated).

You can also purchase meal tickets individually, so if you are only attending for a day, or only want to eat lunch at the conference, and want to enjoy dinner elsewhere in Breckenridge, you can do that. Each lunch meal ticket is $25, and each dinner is $35. Purchase as many as you like or need.
